Jennifer brings over 17 years experience managing Human Resources efforts for companies ranging in size from 30 employees to 1,300 employees. She has extensive experience mentoring early career HR professionals and providing guidance to all levels of management, including first time supervisors. She holds a BA degree in Psychology and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute.
